– Please send Form1(Application) and Form2(Transfer Request Form) * to MIP office via email by April 21, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. Signature of supervisor is not required. But in this case, applicants need consent of supervisor in advance by email. Please transfer the email for our confirmation.
* Only applicants who wish to take transfer admission are required form2.
– Applicants should submit other required documents after recommence of University.
– If announcement of selection result will be postponed, we will inform on our website.
– Applicants are required course registration by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday April 21, 2020. For details, please refer the file “Requirements and Registration”.

Eligibility Requirement for applicants
1) Students who meet both of the following criteria:
(1) Students who enter the Master’s course or the 4-year Doctoral course in any of the following departments in April 2020;
Graduate School of Medicine: Medicine, Medical Science, Human Health Sciences
Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Bioinformatics and Chemical Genomics
(2) Students who intend to obtain a doctoral degree in any of the above departments
